Q3: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
 A3: Once the order is placed and processing begins, we are unable to modify or cancel it. Please review your order carefully before confirming.

Ordering Process

Q1: How do I place a custom order?
 A1:

  1. Select the product category (Men, Women, Kids, or Newborns).
  2. Choose the specific product.
  3. Use our design tool to add text, images, and styles.
  4. Preview your design in real time.

Q2: Is there a minimum order quantity?
 A2: Most products can be ordered individually (MOQ: 1). Bulk orders may qualify for special pricing – please contact us for bulk customization.

Q1: How long does delivery take?
 A1: Standard delivery takes 6-7 business days depending on product complexity and location.

 A2: Yes! After your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking link.

Q3: Do you offer express shipping?
 A3: Currently, express shipping is available for select PINCODE at additional cost of 100/-. Check product details or contact support.

Customization Process

Q1: Can I upload my own image or design?
 A1: Yes! Our design tool allows you to upload images, add text, choose fonts, and preview your design before ordering

Q2: Do you offer design assistance?
 A2: We provide a basic design tool, but if you need help with advanced designs, please contact our customer support.

Q3: What file formats are accepted for uploads?
 A3: We accept JPG, PNG (with transparent background), and PDF files.

Returns & Refunds

Q1: Can I return a customized product?
 A1: Customized products are made-to-order and cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or the wrong product was delivered.

Q2: How do I claim a refund?
 A2: If the delivered product is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Our support team will assist you with the refund or re-production process.
