By using Custosphere’s website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
User Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old or authorized by a guardian to use our services.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and checkout.
Product Information & Customization
- All customized products are made-to-order based on your selected designs, images, and text.
- It is your responsibility to provide high-quality images and accurate text for customization.
- We are not responsible for poor print results due to low-resolution uploads or unclear instructions.
- Final product appearance may slightly vary from on-screen previews due to printing processes.
Orders & Payment
- All orders must be placed via the website (www.custosphere.com).
- Prices are displayed in INR and are subject to change without notice
- Payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
- Payment must be completed at the time of order placement.
- Once the order is confirmed and processing begins, it cannot be modified or canceled.
Shipping & Delivery
- Delivery timelines depend on product type and location (typically 6-7 business days).
- Custosphere is not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural disasters, or unforeseen events.
- Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout.
- Tracking information will be shared once the order is dispatched.
Returns, Cancellations & Refunds
- Customized products are non-refundable/ non Exchangeable unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Ceramic items like Mug not returnable /not exchangeable in any case.
- Which products is not customized, you can exchange with size.
- Defects or wrong product claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- To claim a refund or re-production, send an email to help@custosphere.com with unboxing video and photos of the received product.
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 15 business days using the original payment method.
- Orders cannot be canceled or modified once processing starts.
Intellectual Property
- All content on Custosphere, including images, logos, and text, is owned by Custosphere or its partners.
- You may not copy, distribute, or use any part of the content without written permission.
User Content
- You are responsible for all designs, images, and text you upload.
- You must not upload or request printing of any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any copyright or intellectual property rights.
- Custosphere reserves the right to reject any order at its sole discretion without liability.
Limitation of Liability
- Custosphere will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product ordered.
